Hi All ,
Need a help regarding one of the request in webex cc
for a particular call flow with queue Q1 including teams T1,T2,T3 .business need to add team T4 to queue Q1 only during weekends (saturday,sunday) and remove for weekdays . Can this be achieved through API in webex contact venter .
Currently i have configured a new queue Q2 with T1,T2,T3,T4 and included in flow after business hour check .Just to confirm if this logic can be achieved through api .
