After the fresh installation of cisco ICM AW, distributor cmsnode is fluctuating. what to change is there any domain related issue or anything else?????
So you enabled CMS during Setup, do you also have an application that connects to the CMS Service ?
CMS allows for external applications to make configuration changes to your UCCE database. Typically examples include the Web Re-skiling Tool or Contact Center Management Portal. If you have not installed / integrated either of these then this expected behavior.
If no clients are connected to it, the CMS service will cycle itself after X amount of time as it assumes that that may help restore connectivity to whatever applications you have. Ofcourse if you have none, this will keep on happening forever. If this bothers you, either complete the integration with CCMP, Web Reskilling etc.. or just disable the CMS component in the Setup.
