Agent ACD state log

Hy all

i have a Unified CCX Enhanced CRS 5.0.2

My problem is that the Agent ACD state log report indicates that the start time is 1 h ahead of the local time

- the CRS clock is ok

- the O.S of the agent is ok

this problem is only for 1 CSQ

the rest of CSQ are k

What happens when you run supervisor desktop and the agent report indicates the correct time or 1 hour ahead as you mentioned. Please do check both.

i run supervisor desktop and the report indicates the same 1 hour ahead

I had this same issue, and I had to install the latest JRE tzupdater patch, make sure the "adjust automatically for DST" box is checked in windows time and restart the box, this rememdied the issue.
