Agent and supervisor desktop shows partial status on Recording

We noticed that the supervisor and agent desktop are showing partial status in recording. Kindly help

What is the state of your Desktop Recording and VoIP Monitor services? You could try restarting them as a first easy step in troubleshooting this.

Do we need to do the restart under  maintenance  hour?

We got it working. We noticed that desktop voip monitor service is on not started status. What was the impact of that service on their recording services?
