Agent Desktop 8.5 uninstall procedure and package

Customer would like to uninstall Agent Desktop 8.5. Is there an software uninstall package to perform a complete uninstall? If not, is there a documented procedure for uninstalling Agent Desktop 8.5 along with all artifacts (e.g. registry keys, files and folders on disk, etc).

Customer requires a clean install before installing CAD 10.

An upgrade is not possible because of the need to change server IP address.

1) Uninstall the CAD/CSD software from the machine by going in Comtrol Panel.

2) Uninstall CAD Client Service Release (if exist) from Control Panel

3) Delete the Spanlink folder from the registry, "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Spanlink" or  "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Spanlink" depending on OS you  are using there

4) Delete the desktop folder from below location:

 C:\Program Files or Program Files(x86)\Cisco

5 ) Reboot the machine
