Hello all - all my agents can no longer get emails per attached screen-shot.
I restarted the agent desktop service on both my ccx servers (basically I restarted all services) and all services are up.
I'm going to track back towards AD to understand if that piece is functioning .... in the meantime - are there any debug/testing features from the ccx end to test the agent email feature?
Contact center is version 8.
