Agent Inbound/oubound Call activity report

has anyone out there created an Agent report which shows Inbound and outbound calls with Numbers Called, time stamos, length of calls etc...

if not has anyone any pointers as to which are the best tables o use?

Hi Anand, Thanks for replying,

unfortunately on looking at that link the sample reports were all chart reports, and I need grid reports, listing the numbers that agents have dialled or they have had call them.

THis would also be for CUIC 8.5.4 Enterprise.

I know I need to use the TCD tables, however I am hoping someone may have already created the report, or part of a report :-)
