Hello,
We use cti agent desktop with ipcc(ivr icm hdb). Sometimes were problem with initializations of telephony subsystem in agent desktop --- ppAgentLoginError timeout expired. In what there can be a malfunction?

Hi,
May be your right, i didn't see this error no more. But i test this issue on my phone and no error. ( I login agent desktop on 7960 phone and unplug network after that i login in to ip communicator and it's ok -- may be it depends on PC)

Hi,
Some times helps login and out on the same pc where agent work before. But sometimes it didn't
and we have error on icm CTIsrv
Invalid CTI message type = QUERY_AGENT_STATE_REQ
error E_CTI_INVALID_DIGITS field AgentExtension
