hello,
Is there a configurable logout timeout on Finesse (used with Cisco UCCX) when agents are in not ready state for a certain time? i'm thinking about something similar to ADS settings in UCCE.

There is no setting for this.
However this is supposed to happen by default after 30 minutes.

I believe this is the parameter you are looking for. It is under System -> System Parameters on the admin page.

you could try "set webapp session timeout [minutes]"
It looks like there is a bug for this command in most versions though (CSCun28885)

Indeed, i contacted PDI helpdesk and they told me the same.
My customer is asking for a 90 sec inactivity timeout, but It's good to know that there is a defect for the 30 min logout timeout in case similar problems occur.
