Agent placed in Reserved/NotReady after being selected

Hi,

anyone seen this issue:

If a single agent is logged-in and ready, then the first call places him/her into reserved, and stucks in queue.

if two agents are available, first takes a call, but second one behaves like in the single agent behaviour I described above.

I've checked already CTI max calls and busy trigger - looked OK
