Hi everyone,
I'm running UCCX for more than 70 agent divide into two Application (three separate HelpDesk). One helpdesk request us to disable the option "Agent State after Ring No Answer -> Not Ready" so is it posible to disable this option just for one application?
Right know this option have been activated like this:
System Parameter->Agent State after Ring No Answer: Not Ready
Any idea would be appreciated
