Agent State after Ring No Answer, it could be activate for each Application?

Hi everyone,

I'm running UCCX for more than 70 agent divide into two Application (three separate HelpDesk). One helpdesk request us to disable the option "Agent State after Ring No Answer -> Not Ready" so is it posible to disable this option just for one application?

Right know this option have been activated like this:

System Parameter->Agent State after Ring No Answer: Not Ready

Any idea would be appreciated

Hi,

not aware of it as a per application parameter in UCCX.

What you could do is just have a standard forward no answer on the phone with a lower timeout and send a call to to something that actually answers the call. A simple application with a recording saying "Call back later". The downside is this way the call is lost for UCCX. Personally, I would recommend doing this.
