when i loggin the agent ,then change the state from not ready to ready,but it can not,the log show: " 11:02:45 09/13/2005 MAJOR PhoneDev PD2176 SetAgentState: Agent state change request failed: SYS_INSTRUMENT_OUT_OF_SERVICE."
how can i do it,anybody help me?

i have got it,i already changed the phone number of that agent ,and it is well done,but i dont know what's reson caused it

It might have been a calling search space issue, I have seen that happen before. However without knowing anything about your setup or even traces I would not be 100% sure without walking thru everything.

Was this extension associated with the RMUser in the directory?
