We are using CTIOS 7.5.9. I have added many entries in CTIOS server's registry for agent statistics and they are working fine. I am looking for Calls Offered to a agent in day. Is there any such value to be added in registry ?
On Agent desktop there is a column by default . its there with the name of CallsHandledToday
