Agent to Agent Chat and Team Message of CAD - UCCX

Hi All,

Good Day. I would like to ask if the chat feature  of CAD (Agent to Agent/between Agents) and Team Message is also available in Finesse Desktop? Am I correct that finesse don't have these features? Does Cisco have a document for this so that we can also discuss/explain it to the customer? Thank you so much.

Your understanding is correct that Finesse Desktop does not have Agent-Agent or Agent-Supervisor chat functionality and Team Message as it used to be in CAD. Refer below White Paper that lists all the differences between these two desktops:
