Hello. I have a problem when an agent wants to transfer to another extension outside the call center.
When the agent presses the transfer button, the user who are on the other side does not hear music on hold, listening to the voice of the agent and then the transfer ringback.
As I can solve this?

Can you confirm that the agent is outdialing on the same line that the caller came in on?

Hi Cliff,
yes, it's the same line.
If the agent makes the same transfer from the IPCommunicator, users who are on the line listening to music on hold.

That's really strange.
I'd suggest rebooting the CallManager server that the phones experiencing this issue are connected to.
