Is it possible to display a color dot to indicate the status of the agents on the Fineness of Agents page (d.w.) where it can be seen in the Summary Report that the status of the agents is presented as "black on white".

If I'm understanding what you're saying, yes, you should be able to change/create the report that shows in Finesse have color alerts for the states. Some of them automatically show those colors, like yellow or red or green by default though, is it that you're using a different report?
