Hi,
I have created an agent which is unable to login into Cisco Finesse. The agent can login into CTI OS toolkit.
I have a sprawler and when i execute a netstat command on sprawler can see there is a connection established between Sprawler and Finesse on port 1433.
When i click the Team in Finesse it keeps on circling like its trying to fetch Data.
Please advice.

Does this happen for all agents or just one? If for all, then you're missing a setting in the Finesse admin. Double check everything, specifically the ports it's connecting to.

Hi Davis, This is lab setup for learning purposes. Right now it shows nothing.
The port it shows connecting to sprawled is 1433.
Except the secondary finesse server everything seems configured.

How about trying to restart Cisco Tomcat on the Finesse Server and also make sure that the name of AWDB is correct.

Hi David,
Can you confirm whether Finesse can run in simplex mode in lab envoirnment.
Also if i reboot the server the Finesse doesnt respond to ping. I have to do a set network restore ...command to make it accessible again. Happens with both verision 9 and 10.
