Agents in Finesse cannot select Wrapup code

Hi,

recently we added 2 new queues in the UCCX. We also added a new skill to the agents and these skills to the new queues. The wrap up codes for the new queues are set  to automatic enabled. The new queues was added to the team.

We use Call Variables to display the queue names in the popup toaster in finesse.

Now if a call reach the agent by the new queue, the popup toaster doesnt contain the queue name of the new queue like at the old ones. After answer the call, the queue name is  displayed in finesse. While and after ending the call the agent cannot select a wrapupcode.

If a call reach the agent by another queue, he is able to select a wrapup code and the queuename is displayed in the popup toaster.

We reboot the uccx, agents logout and login, clear the browser caches and so on- but the problem doesnt gone. Have somebody an idea, what to do?
