Anomoly regarding the CTIOS

I have made Sprawler on Windows Server 2008 R2, when i try to login an agent from the CTI Toolkit its prompts a message that the 'System is Offline login will be queued until the system is backonline'. The CTIOS amd CG are active via Portico. On the Framework Portico i can see that 44 agents are logged in but on CTIOS no agent is logged in.

Let's start with the agent log, enable it and post it.  I have a feeling you might have some DNS issue.

Thanks David for the reply, after re-running the configuration setup again the message above 'System is Offline login will be queued until the system is backonline' is removed adn agent is logged in, but the second message 45 agents are logged in but on CTIOS one agent is logged in.

in the setup the CCMPG is made first as CG1 is selected, which resolves the case.
