Anyone running UCCX 12.x with Lumenvox for ASR?

I've used Lumenvox with no problems in previous lives, but this is the first time with UCCX 12.x and I just can't get it work. Anyone out there have this working?

Hi, you don't happen to be using 3900 gateways are you? There's a defect that pops up for an issue with Lumenvox but specifically for UCCE not UCCX around this. If you think it might be helpful to look in general even if unrelated let me know and I'll dig it up.

I'll confirm, but my understanding is that with UCCX the termination would be at the UCCX server not at the gateway so this might not apply, but I'll still check. Do you have a bug id?

The defect visibly doesn't mentioned Lumenvox, but it is tagged with it apparently behind the scenes.

Update on this, Lumenvox released an update which allowed ASR support in UCCX 12.5.
