Hi,
I have got a strange issue. All the recordings are saved into the server but they are stored as .EZWAV extension. I am not able to find a way to convert .EZWAV to .WAV or Mp3 format. The version of my AQM is 11.5
Does any one have got any idea how I can do this?
Thanks & Regards
Rohit.

Hi,
These recordings as encrypted. You can export this individually or in bulk.
To export a individual record recording:
1. Click a recording in the Contacts table.
2. Click Export Selected Contact.
3. Choose the format that you want for the exported recording from the Export Selected Contact dialog box.
4. Click Export Selected Contact.
To download an exported recording:
1. Click Alerts.
2. Double-click the Export of Contact <ID> is Ready for Download message.
3. Click Here in the Alert Notification dialog box to download the file.
4. Follow the prompts to download the recording.
5. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, click Save and choose a location from the Save as dialog box

If you need to export in bulk for a specific time period you need the calabrio recording export utility.
For the basic version of this utility no licenses are required and this would use a single core server to download a maximum of 425 hours of recording per 24 hour day.
The advanced version of this tool requires a license which allows it to run on a multicore server using these multi-cores simultaneously (more calls are exported per hour) and is more used for continuous exporting of calls
Check the attached reference guide.
Thanks

If your question is specifically around the Calabrio component, you might also want to post it here if it helps.
