Currently running AQM version 188.8.131.528. We are using the call recording feature and it works without issue. My question is regarding screen recording, which we have never implemented. We have an admin account configured for Remote Control Gateway and, I am of the understanding that this is needed for the screen recording feature. Can you validate or advise exactly what the Remote Control Gateway account would be used for if it is not for screen recording purposes.
