Hello,
I have CUCM 8 with auto-answer setup for CS55 headsets with the APC-4 cable. When the call is auto-answered on the headset, I get no tone on the headset. In other words, the call is just there.
I've gone to Plantronics, and am working with TAC. Anyone have a similar experience?

It's been a long time so hopefully i'm remembering this correctly.
In our case, as I recall, the issue is that when the phone is auto answer with headset mode (and the headset light on the phone is on), the tone from the phone is being played to the headset jack. The CS55 needed to have the audio "connected" in order for the user to hear it. In other words, the headset needs to be set as if you're on an active call (transmitting audio wirelessly) even though you're not on a call.
