Hi,
I want to schedule the automatic backup for ICM Components, I know the following components have to be backed up.
All ICM Servers: (Router, Logger, PGs, AWs, etc.), Registry Keys, Cust_awdb (local database), Cust_SideA (Logger), Cust_hdsdb (HDS) etc....
However, there is a manual process to do it, how can we achieve this automatically.
Please help.

Hi,
Since there is not option to schedule DB backups using ICMDBA, so you schedule Windows scheduler for registery backups and SQL Enterprise for DB's backup. or if you have Cisco support tool you can schedule registry backups using support tool.
Cheers,
MAR

Hello Navinder,
As mentioned previously (post by Amir), there is no way to do a schedule back of the databases that you are mentioning from an ICM application stand point.
Thanks,
Prasanna.
