Automatic ready state after phone failure

Hi,

Is it possible to automatically set the agents back to ready state in Finesse when the jabber is back up and running after a "phone failure"?
If not, is there a way to alert the agents that they are in a "not ready" state?
We have UCCX in version 11.6.

 

With homeworking we cannot manage the quality of their network connection

Hi there

 

There is no parameter in CCX that would do this, I guess there can be some gadget development you can develop to achieve this. 

another option as recommended would be, from the supervisor side. Supervisor should be monitoring the agents or wallboard and force changing agent status accordingly.
