I'm trying to activate the PIM on a PG connected to an Avaya which is using AES instead of MAPD. The PIM isn't going active, does anyone know the following..?
Do we still use the PIM setup for MAPD?
Can we still use the asai_test utility to test connectivity to an AES?
Can I assume that a Avaya AES box is exactly the same as a MAPD card? (as far as the PG is concerned)
All I get is "activation time out on the ASAI link"

What version ICM? I think that v6 and v7 (with SRs) are your only opportunites for success (using the new .dll).
It does use the same PIM setup and asai_test functions the same way.

Version 7, SR2.
What is the new .dll that you mention, the new .dll contained within the SR?
