One of our vendors is about to upgrade his Avaya Communications Manager to 4.x or 5.x and will need to upgrade his CVLAN/MAPD integration to a pair of AES servers. Typically that is accompanied by a CVLAN instance for ICM integration. However, that comes at an added cost from Avaya. He is asking us if it is possible to integrate to ICM using Avaya's TSAPI protocol.
Has anyone heard of this being done or know one way or the other if it is even possible? I can find no mention of it in any Cisco documentation.

Hi,
what kind of integration do you want to do?
what version of ICM have you installed?

Last I checked on this it was not possible a couple of years ago, basically there is no specific interface available, I am afraid you would need an additional MPA/D and CVLAN connection.

This type of integration isn't available today. Send an email to:
icm-middleware
This is an internal Cisco alias to the right audience to see what the timeline (if any) is for this type of integration.
