We have an issues with bargein function. Attached the error we are getting while doing bargein.
We are using UCCE 8.5 version and the agent machine is now upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10.
Is it related to Windows 10 or anyone guide me to solve this issue.

Try disabling any firewall or anti-virus for agent pc specially any HIPS.
I faced similar issue after upgrading to windows 10.
You can also test via teleneting ports used for bargin to see if agent PC is able to make a connaction or not.

Is windows 10 supported for UCCE 8.5 ?
Did it worked after disabling Firewall or can you let me know how it got working with Win 10.

Windows 10 is not a supported version however I was testing in lab set up.
it did work for me .
From uccx 11 onwards cad will be phased out completely only uccx 10.6 supports cad and finesse both.
You can give it a try but TAC won't support this configure.

Thanks. We now tried installing WIN 7 on both agent and Supervisor machines and tried to bargein but still getting the same error.
We are using CIPC.
Is there anything I can check for this issue.
Need your advise.

I always go with Hard phone testing and CIPC is not reliable when it comes to recording/barging stuff.
Also make sure span settings are checked for the phone .

was it working before you upgraded to windows 10?
what type of monitoring is setup? desktop based? server based or CUCM based?
