Blurry Screen Recording - AQM

Hello,

 

I am having issue with one of the agents while recording the screen using WFO. THe screen recording for the agent is blurred out and the recording is unable to be viewed. 

 

Kindly suggest what troubleshooting steps needs to be followed in this .
