BT sets that work well in a CCX environment?

Hi experts,

Just wondering what your suggestions would be for wireless/bluetooth headsets in a CCX environment.

Some things we are keeping in mind:

-We don't have assigned seating, so the agent may change workstations after a break - potential for pairing/unpairing issues?

-Agents sit within fairly cose proximity of each other

-We use walkies/radios in the building

-Using 8851 model phones

We also have a few users outside of CCX hat have 8841 model phones what will want wireless headsets as well. Thanks.

To start with, there are no issues to use BT headsets in an UCCX environment, simple reason once the call is accepted by the agent UCCX is out of the picture and the RTP is directly flowing b/w gateway and IP Phone. Now if agent wants to use BT headset, wired headset, speaker it does not matter. Talking about 8841, they do not support BT headsets check below user guide for more:

8851 IP phones do support BT headsets, check below link for more details:

Some well good known headset manufacturers known to work well with Cisco IP Phones are Plantronics and Jabra

• Jabra
◦PRO9400 and GO6400 series
◦PRO930
◦GN9300 series
◦GN9120

• Plantronics
◦Savi DECT 740, CS5xx DECT

Deepak

Hi Deepak,to clarify my question when mentioning 'CCX environment' - I mean that there will be about 7 agents within close proximity of each other. What kind of issues can I expect when these agents are using bluetooth? Cross talk? Difficulty pairing/unpairing? etc..
