Does anyone know if it's possible to translate the 'name' field? In the older versions, we could just change it in the generated HTML code but with this newer version, the form fields are not included in the code anymore.
We can get the information we need from the customer through custom fields (that we can add in any language). But then it would just show 'Customer' as the name when Agents chat with them.
