Dear All,
there are multiple queues in hosted UCCE.
some time for particular queue: all agents in that queue are not able to login and showing error:
the combination of user Id, password and extension is invalid.
Sometimes it gives error for other group
-you entered incorrect ID, pwd or extension
-your phone is offfline and not configured correctly
- A component in cisco ICM software CTI OS system is offline
we did association and de-association of phone device from Jtpi Appuser. but not working.
Restarted phone
Password resettled
any clue!!
