Hi
We have CAD setup on desktops along with IP communicator for each agent,along with plantronics headset, agents cannot pickup the call from CAD if they do so there is no audio from the headset , but if they pick the call from the communicator the audio is from headset, how do we solve this problem so that the agents cn pickup the call from CAD

It sounds like maybe the IP Communicator is being invoked differently between handset, headset, and speaker. In the audio tuning wizard, can you set all three to the headset and try that?
