Hello,
I have an issue with CAD Agents, they are disconnecting showing the error message:
- One CTI Componets is offline.
UCCX: 8.5.1.10000-37
What could be this issue.
The screenshot of the error is attached, the UCCX is not on the same site of the agents.
The ports for CAD are all open.

Do you see any other network issues at the same time? Is there a high amount of latency between the agent's PC and the UCCX server?

Is two sites have this problems, i did not high amount of latency in those networks.

Hi Leonardo,
Check the NTP server configured for this UCCX. Probably you have more that one reference configured. You should setup only one.
If the version of UCCX is 8.5, try to upgrade to last release, because there are many bugs associated for this version that will be solved in the new release version.
