I am trying to install the CAD software in a PC with Windows XP SP2 and when I enter the CRS server IP address I get "the parameter is incorrect" error.
Anyone familiar with this?

Hi, I had this problem too...
1. You have IE7 installed on your PC, so make uninstall of IE7(rollback to IE6).
2. Try again to set up CAD.

So since my customer will not roll back to IE6, does Cisco have a fix? Interminable, execratable software assumptions.... grumble grumble. I've more problems with IE and Java "compatibility" issues...
