CAD - Make a call prefixed with 9

Hi,

Just upgraded a customer from CCX 3.5 to 7.0 Enhanced. They claim that on their old version of CAD, they didn't need to enter a 9 (needed for an outside line) when using the make call button on CAD.

I think there may have been this setting on the old server (unfortunately I don't have access to the server anymore) but I can't find anything similar on v7.

They used to copy and paste a number out of a record somewhere and paste it in to the make call window and complain that they now have to enter a 9 first when they didn't use to.

Any ideas if this is still possible or if there is a workaround?

I don't know Express - I do Enterprise. But I know CAD - open the CDA (Cisco Desktop Administrator) and look at Work Flow -> Dial Strings. See if you have this (see picture).
