CAD "Help Me" and "Please Listen" Function in Finesse

Hello to All, 

UCCX Version: 10.6(1)SU2

We are currently in the planning of migrating CAD + CSD to Finesse Desktop. 

I just wanted to ask anyone if the CAD "Help Me" and "Please Listen" Function is in Finesse UCCX 10.6(1)SU2 or 11.6?  If it is not in both versions, can you please advice of any Gadget that can do this?

I was talking about task button that are customisable in CAD.
