Am running CAD 6.0 on IPCCX 4.0 The agents state goes from ready to not ready when calls are missed. how do i stop that?

Hello,
it's an option on the sytem parameters on the server.
You can configure the default comportment of the agent state if not answering.
I can't help you more now 1:00 AM in france perhaps in few hours ...

Hello,
Log On CRSAdmin page, go to System / System Parameters and change the value of :
"Agent State after Ring No Answer" to Ready (it should be to Not ready)
After that, if an agent is not reponding to a call he will stay in ready state.
