Hi. I need to know who I can enable Voice monitos start button in Cisco Supervisor Desktop 7.5.1.

If the icons are missing, you add them via the Cisco Desktop Administrator, under CAD Agent - User Interface.
You need to select the user you want to monitor in CSD before you monitor. However Supervisor monitoring is only available with Enhanced and Premium licenses.

Hi,
Problem. In Supervisor Desktop, the supervisor selects an agent to monitor, but the
Monitor button is disabled.
Cause. This problem occurs if the selected agent is not eligible to be monitored or if
no monitor services are available for monitoring.
To troubleshoot this problem, complete the following steps:
1.Verify that the supervisor selected an agent, not a call.
2.Verify that the supervisor is not already participating in a call as an agent.
3.Verify that the supervisor did not select his or her own agent to monitor.
4.Verify that at least one VoIP Monitor service is running.
