I have agents that make outbound calls, send emails, and respond to I.M.'s. I was wondering if there is a way to configure Calabrio to record these agents at all times, and not just when they are making said outbound calls?

If you mean record their screen then the answer is no.
A supervisor can continuously monitor an agents screen but not record it via Calabrio. You could use some third party program to record the supervisor screen which was monitoring the agents screen.

That’s what I was afraid of. Too many agents to do that for a long period of time. Thank you for the quick response though! Much appreciated
