Calabrio recording issue

Hello,

Calabrio recordings intermittently capture audio from only one side of the conversation, instead of both.

You'll have to provide more information before people can offer suggestions to you. What version/type of Calabrio (on premise, cloud, etc.), what contact center platform are you using (CCE, CCX, etc.), what type of recording are you doing (UCM-based, CUBE-based, etc.), is it all calls/only certain ones, did it just start happening, etc.
