Hi Guys,
I've got a problem with the UCCX Cisco Callback script.
I followed all the Cisco official steps to get it to work but I'm stuck at the step where the the caller leaves the number for call back and message, hangs up then nothing happens. No call back when an agent logs on.
It's worth noting that with reactive debugging the call comes through, the prompt is generated for the numbers you enter, Callback number is recorded correctly and so is the short message to be recorded, and then the calls is terminated as expected. But the reserved call that comes back from the second trigger with the simple queue doesn't do anything and I am not sure how to troubleshoot this.
I attached a copy of the script, and can get more info as required.
It will be really appreciated if anyone could help with this.
UCCX 10.6v and CUCM version 11.5
I used the script_repository_902 from the Cisco site, BaseLineAdvQueuing and edit it to my settings.
Thank you,
Alex

Hi,
Can you let me know if you have this solved. I'm having the same problem too.
Using the default repository. Create two call control groups and two Cisco media group.
Create two triggers, one for Baselineadvqueuing.aef and the other is baselinemessagecallback.aef. After leaving the call back number and the message, nothing happens.
Thank you,

Can you enable Engine Debug and then make the test call, and then post your MIVR logs here?

Hi,
In Cisco Script Repository, the default Call Control Group ID is 0. Make sure to update Call Control Group ID in your script with what is configured in UCCX. If this ID do not match then callback feature will not work.
