We run a small call center express for a customer with less than 20 agents.
And callers can leave a msg whenever agents is busy. (Unity connection)
We currently have a real time wallboard using 3rd party product "SmartWallBoard" that pulls info out of CCX
The customer would now like to have a live stats
1. of the total number of mail in the mailbox assigned to the call center.
2. total number of read/unread/save/deleted mail in the unity connection mailbox assigned to the call center
How do i achieve such requirement? Is there any other 3rd party solution for this?
