I´m using Call Consult Transfer step in a script and it works fine but in the phone it displays cti port until the user picks up the phone. In that moment, the user sees the DDI of the customer phoning.
Is there a way to change it and see always the DDI?
No although you could use the Call Redirect step instead to get this working. The Call Consult Transfer step acts just as if you were doing a warm transfer on your desk phone: until you complete the transfer the transfer-to party is speaking with you (CTI Port), not the transfering caller.
