Hi Team,
I am trying to update partition of call control group using API, it gives message 202 Accepted but it never updates partition when I check from GUI. I tried on multiple clusters, waited for long time after running API PUT request but no luck. Has anyone tried it before and can help please? Below is the payload of PUT request..

Do any other API changes work for you? Also, what version is this?

Hi Bill,
Yes I tried device pool also but not working..
I have gone through the devnet guide already and testing basis on that only.
UCCX version is (System version: 12.5.1.11003-511 (su3-ES04_and_later-cucm_11_5_12_0_compatible)

Do you requests work if you try them in a sandbox and/or dcloud/demo environment?

I feel like this is a known issue, it's been years since I've tried it, but it's ringing a bell that it never worked. Open a TAC case.
