I have some extensions and phone numbers based on Cisco Call Manager, I still can´t make an appointment with my third party supplier, although I am out of budget and with no chances to buy "CISCO CONTACT CENTER" for a while. Still I will like to know if there is a way I can make my own reports on:
Call received, call count, reports,
call abandoned (or lost calls)
Call duration
Etc.
I am new to must of Cisco Applications, systems and licenses, I will like to have a support on this, I am very lost at this time and I can´t record all calls by hand, I have 8 agents taking calls and I have no visibility on their performance.
