Call disconnect on ExtVRUScript node.

Hi folks,

I have created CTI Route Point. When calls hits ICM script, goes through Set Variable nodes like Media Servers, locale and library path followed by RunExtScript node. Network VRU script list is configured "PM,AgentTfr,S". Call is NOT moving out from Success node rather it releases the call.

On CIPC, I see CUCM VRU Label (6111111111) followed by correlation ID.

CVP Logs says, "Call will not be cached for post call survey"

I noticed is, a long silence and usually call last for 15-20 seconds. Tried playing with u-law and a-law codec but failed. Audio path is fetch able.

Trying to achieve is to route calls to agent using CTI RP (Warm Transfer)

is your call ever coming out of success path of send to VRU?

can you also attach the gateway configuration?

No, am using RunExtScript. am not using Send to VRU because my understanding says it is used only if calls to be sent to VXML Server.

From Run ExtScript, Call never comes out from success node. Yes. PFA gateway config.

Thanks for the hint. I replaced bootstrap.tcl with bootstrap.vxml. Still issue is the same. Am hearing error announcement. In CVP am seeing SIP Error 404 not found.

On CVP, static DN 92929292 is getting executed and error message is been played.

How does you VXML gateway config look like after change?

it would help me if you attach config and CVP logs for me to dig dipper.
