Call distribution on agent and skillgroup query (sql) UCCE

Hi All,

I'm looking for the SQL query to find the call distribution per agent and per skillgroup, thanks a lot for your help.

what do you mean by call distribution?

It sounds like agents are in multiple skill groups and get calls during the day on those different skill groups and the OP wants to know, for each agent, the number of calls for (e.g.) Sales, the number of calls for Service, the number of calls for Support and so on.

Obviously he should be looking in the Agent_Skill_Group_Interval table.

I would like to query all calls to an agent (Handled, answered,abandonned, etc...) and to a skillgroup ?
