Call Duration In Engine Tracce

Hello Experts,

In the Real Time Engine trace we see some aggressive call duration for which we have no explanations. The trace shows some calls with duration of more than 3 hours 30 minutes. After that time the default script kicks in with a hight volume call message and the call gets terminated. I thought maybe the max step in the script (2000 steps) is reached but there's 0 call in the queques. Is there any explanations for this?

Can you share you script ?

Do you have any exception handling or maybee endless loops in your script ?

Hi Thomas,

For some reasons I am unable to attach the script. There's 0 exception treated in the script. Do we need to add one? If so, which exception we can use and where does it go in the script?
