Call Error in Webview Reports

Hi,

I would like to know what make up the Call Errors in Webview reports(Consolidated daily Calltypes). The document says it can be the calls which are not completed in the selected time range. But we have a contact center which works for 8 hours from 9AM to 5PM. We generate reports from 8AM to 6PM. So we should not have any calls which are "not complete". Would like to know what else are included in "Call Errors".

Call Error is refering to the error which could have happned in the system, like

Translation Route error or some thing like that

Thanks for the reply. Would appreciate if you could let me know when does this translation route errors and you mentioned "something like that". What are the other reasons?

The number of calls for this Call Type that had errors or were incomplete during the

half-hour interval.
